#asktheexperts My baby is 4years 2months old ..she is only 12kg .. she is not gaining weight from 1year .. she has lots of tantrums in food . can u suggest something . thank you

Maybe your child is having haemoglobin low maybe deficiency of Iron that’s why your child may not be eating well too much tantrums and fuss could be seen because of the same further I would recommend you to consult the doctor will help you with the proper proper supplements to start
