My baby is 4 month old. He is having loose motion from last 9th Nov. Still he is having loose motion. We consulted doc on 11th November and started Drop Taxim O 25 mg for one week and suspension tufpro for 3 days. But today since morning he had 4 time loose motion. Is it something to worry?

yes as per doc it's stomach infection and we make sure to feed him within 2 hours and keep him hydrated and even doc has suggested to give orsl 50ml  if required.. But still loose motion has not stop. So is it something to worry ? How much time it  will take time to recover bacterial infection any idea.

Loose motion are most of the time inhffective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
