A. Hello.mama Height is genetic.. Indulge ur child in some physical activity like hanging ,stretching, basket ball game ,swimming etc for height increase. Give all that u cook for ur family... include ghee ,banana shake, egg, rice ,potatoes, sweet potato, paneer etc in diet for weight gain
