ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. don't self medicate kindly consult your doctor For diarrhea give ors sporolac t etc give plenty of oral fluids give syp zinc as prescribed by your maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water
