#asktheexperts my baby is 2yrs old, I still breastfeed him. but does he need it still? does he still get the nutrition from bm?

A. dear mum, you can stop breastfeeding at the age of 2 years. it is up to you if you want to continue for some more time. total milk intake in a day should be 500 ml including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.

A. hi no need of it from now. you can start weaning. for that ,I advise to prefer gradual weaning method which is good for you and your child Health too. in that ,make feeding sessions short gradually. try to give food before your child asks for feeding.
