ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, weight of 4 kg is a normal weight for your 2 months old baby, do not worry. do not go by the appearance. if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
