Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. The average weight of 16 months old boy should be around 10.5 kg. Please avoid giving processed, oily, fatty and junk food to your child. Include more green vegetables, fresh fruits, in your kid's diet. Include all food groups in moderation. Limit your kid's juice or sweetened drinks intake. Add water to the juice to dilute it. Include low fat dairy, whole grains in your kid's diet and give at regular intervals to keep hunger pangs or unhealthy munching at bay. The kid should be involved in physical activity for atleast 30-40 mins in a day.
