NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello babies birth weight will first reduce and then baby starts gaining and make sure there is sufficient breast milk and you can check in the same by expressing the milk using a Babyhug breastpump and if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk stage 1 and bay gaining a minimum of 150 grams to 200 grams per month is a good weight
