#asktheexperts my baby is 1.6month old .. n her weight is still 9kg

A. its fine at the age. After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

A. Hai good morning !! Baby's weight is fine no need to worry about weight if baby is active and achieving milestones. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include fruits and vegetables,milk Diary products in regular diet. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal(urad dal, chana dal, toor Dal, moongdal) ,rajma, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits powder, idly, ragi, cerelac with pulses grains, sooji, Dalia, oats,egg helps in increasing baby's weight.
