RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl10 hours agoA. Yes you can use a tongue cleaner in fact when you are brushing the teeth that time you can use the toothbrush also to clean the tongue of the child but otherwise if you want to use separately a tongue cleaner for the child and also it’s a good idea
