Please do apply bitadin powder or Clocip powder there. Both are anti fungal and bacterial in nature and quite effective. Don't use soap there till it heals.
Do massage with coconut oil or olive oil. Use cotton panty. Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
