Q.

#asktheexperts my baby has turned 5 month old. my milk supply was drained out due to my sickness. Actually I am feeding formula milk as well. shall I start semi solid or is there any way to increase milk supply?

A. Try taking lactation supplements if it helps in increasing your breastfeeding then that’s going to be good and the food cannot be started before completing the time of 26 weeks so kindly stick to the schedule and continue with formula if you’re unable to make sufficient feeding for the child
