#asktheexperts my baby has grown teeths after 4 month , she is cranky and teething all time , crying what can i do to soothe her, and how long will it last ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. which type of pain will continue for seven or eight months and after that it becomes intermittent pain till two years of age
it is due to teething.
there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process.
with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean.
you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums
the child is crying due to pain then you can give paracetamol which will also help in decreasing the pain
