Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Try and give lots of fluids and fibre in the diet that is going to be very helpful you can also include buttermilk twice a day and papaya at least once in a day give more of fruits which are highly rich in fibre and vitamin C and are liquid based
