Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Generally babies start teething by 7-11 months but for few babies it takes time 13-16 months,its normal dont worry.
Hard swollen gums,reddish gum,crankyn,rejecting feed ,mild fever,motions are few symptoms of teething,then soothe with teethers/soothers to ease from gum pain.
Give calcium rich foods for bones strength and teething.
Fruit and vegetables,seseme,,makhana,ragi,jowar,diary products(ghee,cheese,butter,curd,paneer,dry fruit and nuts powder are rich in calcium.
