my baby got first cold and cough when he is 2.5 months by one month it will disappear. now my baby is 4.5 months old on November 24 th cough started day by day it increasing till yesterday today also cough is like same like yesterday. from yesterday water also coming from nose when sneezing. but I am feeling like cough is coming hard sometimes. but baby has no fever, no breathing issue, feeding well, playing well, urinating well, playing well, no mucus coming from mouth also. today is 6 th day. I am using nasal saline drops.is it okay are serious cough. can I go to doctor?

hello dear mom..doapply baby vicks on her chest back n bottom of feet.
as yiur bavy is too young it is good to conslt your doctor for further advice.
