#asktheexperts my baby girl is 6 month old now i want to know about how to start food other then food what suppliment are required which brand cereal is good for 5 month baby like nestle cerelac or something else

Hi Nestle is definitely a very good brand you can go ahead with that you can start with Moon Dal water rice water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purée vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits pure ghee Paneer cheese curd coconut water buttermilk and water of course
