#asktheexperts my baby girl is 4 and half months old for past 1 week she is waking every 1 hr in night and sleeps in my arm then after 10 mts if I put her down in bed she started to sleep but again after 1 hr she wakes up!! feeding for every 2 hrs in night also...what to do.. is there any problem... for past 1 wk here heavy rain.. no fan and A/C .. she is also fully covered...

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. The 4-month sleep regression may be happening because: Your baby is trying to master rolling or flipping over. In her eagerness to hit this milestone, your baby is waking up more overnight and having a hard time settling down for naptime and bedtime. Your baby is becoming more aware of her surroundings.
