Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. this looks like excessive dryness. your babybis very small. please do not apply any oil or cream or ointment without consulting your pediatrician itself once. depends on what suits your baby's skin type. please take care and do the needful.
