RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 week agoA. Give all the family foods to the child now if you haven’t started with a Roti sabji Dal rice Paratha egg yellow chicken and fish and all vegetarian proteins grains and millets should be given proper Desi healthy fats which is what is going to be helpful
