Q.

#asktheexperts my baby boy is 16 months but he refuses to eat everything. we roam around our home and feed him but he eat little and starts refusing. what can we do or what food items shall we feed him. please suggest us. Baburam Dahal Telangana

A. this is quite natural in the baby let the baby share the dining table with other family members let the baby feed himself may not be taking in the beginning but observing other members eating the food in course of time baby start eating

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Make your sit down comfortably while taking foods. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family.
