Q.

#asktheexperts my baby boy eats only 2-3 selective foods that he likes. How should I make him eat all kinds of food and fruits etc.. kindly reply Ma'am.

A. dear you as parents will have to set a positive example by consuming healty foods and encourage healthy eating for the whole family. the whole family should eat same food avoid special food for the child involve in simple tasks in the kitchen take to market while shopping for vegetables this creates positive association with food
