#asktheexperts My baby 2 yr 2 months is not growing as other kids of same age both in terms of height and wight.Although her diet intake is adequate though still meshed. Can you suggest some measures to ensure good growth.

A. Namaste Mom AVoid giving mashed foods as by now they should be given from regular family foods as such consistency should be through regular family foods
