It can easily take about 3 to 5 days depending upon if you’re following any particular particular diet because there are alterations of milk into the diet of the child apart from home remedy and if it is a normal diary and about 3 to 5 days and if it is due to some issue then it can take a little longer time and that source of antibiotics would be required
