#asktheexperts my age is 30 and I have a kid of age 5. I always feel tired not willing to do physical work. what shall I add in my diet to be energetic.

A. First you should get a deficiency test done once for yourself maybe you are having certain deficiency specially me vitamin B 12 D and sometimes it could be Iron also that leads to this kind of laziness and lethargic thing into the body that’s very common so get those chairs that start with necessary supplements and start working out that gives you immense pleasure and ease in workout go for that
