#asktheexperts my 9 months old baby poop very hard and he always do pressure while pooping what i do please suggest diet

A. hello baby could be constipated n make sure to guve water well after every solods n also guve child fibre rich food in the diet n include fruits especially banana n papaya which helps baby get releof from constipation
