Q.

#asktheexperts My 9 month old baby take breastmilk and powder milk ocassionally. I have moderate milk supply But he do not eat solids sometime not at all but sometime take enough solids.

A. Hi mom It is ok. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds,gaining weight then no need to worry. if weight gain is less than u can include ghee dry fruits powder banana potatoes rice avocado ragi paneer sweet potato etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
