ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose.
Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.
Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
