#asktheexperts my 8th month started and from 2 days I am feeling tired and headache. After getting a sleep of 7 8 hrs still feeling exhaust and sleepy.

A. Actually you’re not getting proper sleep only 7 to 8 hours is nothing for you this time and that is why you are probably feeling sleepy and tired so it would be good that you take proper sleep eat good proteins and plenty of fluids in your diet

Q. My baby is 7 months old. She used to have a sleep pattern where she would sleep at night for 7-8 hrs at a stretch and would take small naps during day time. Since last month she has stopped sleeping properly. She hardly sleeps for 2-3 hrs at a stretch and is restless all night. During daytime also she is not sleeping much. I feed her before putting her to sleep. i am worried for my baby and also extremly tired as i am the only one at home taking care of her. Sometimes i sleep only for 2 hrs in 24 hrs. Please help us.
