Q.

#asktheexperts My 4.5 year old boy is still not eating vegetables. I have tried to tricked him but always ending up vomitting or spitting it. I am worried that he is not getting enough nutrition that we can get from greens. What can I give him as an alternative? Thank you.

A. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. n Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..
