Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is vesery common and more in formula fed babies. you can dgive bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
