#asktheexperts my 10 month old baby has an itching on hand, neck and lower back area. several scratches on that area. any advice

Apply vitamin E cream this is going to help in reducing the irritation and itching from the skin and a child is going to feel better I would suggest you to use EVION vitamin E cream on the other option would be an MFE as they both are pharmacy products for suitable for the age of your child
