A. A 1 year old baby should atleast drink 550-650 ml milk everyday to get the sufficient nutrients and calcium required for healthy growth and development of teeth and bones. Intake of 120 ml milk throughout the day is not enough. If he does not show interest in drinking milk, give foods made from it like curd, buttermilk, custard, oats with nuts, paneer, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc.
