ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. latch more often, make more skin to skin contact to stimulate secretion. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine.

try your best .
offer more and more feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced
I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk.
