#asktheexperts morning Dr. my baby is premature now she is 8 month old her weight is 5.540 , which food is good for her weight gain thanks

A. You should go ahead with giving a egg yellow to the child chicken and fish after the age of 10 months apart from that all kind of vegetarian protein can be given to the child also just to be on the safer side I would advise you to consult a nutritionist as well
