#asktheexperts milk supply seems to be reduced… what can be done to fix it ?

A. feed more frequently for adequate production. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration and improve appetite and digestion

A. You Try taking lactation supplements they can help you boost your mothers feeding so you can try any that you would do but take a consultation with your doctor will advise you the best one to go for if it suits you you can very well take it for 3 to 6 months
