Aur woh usmein bahut processed , refined and sugary foods avoid kare tho accha hoga , usse aap kisi physical activity mein involve kare jaise ki outdoor games etc

Your child is already over weight so that’s okay don’t worry about it I was like say that you can go ahead with giving more a vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein should a child probably which is what is going to be helpful and really good amount of liquid should be given
