they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. 
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any otherc complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavityc as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .

Hello dear parent, giv your bahy steam for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby. Also put naso clear drops in each nostril. One drop each.
