Could probably be due to heat rice so currently you can apply calamine lotion but if you do not see a heat trash or pimples are appearing apart from the rashes those are there then it could be associated with handful and mouth disease and it can also be associated with a chickenpox and sauce so you should just check with your doctor regarding that
