Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. one month baby not passing stool for 3 days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age

please give daily massage on stomach area in clock wise direction and gently move your child legs in cycling motion and circular motion with Babyhug massage oil
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
