A. Mam actually it is important for a child to take a nap for at least 4 to 5 hours at a stretch which is good for their mental and physical growth so if your child is not sleeping for a longer duration it could be due to that your child being a light sleep so put cotton earplugs when you put your child to sleep make sure that your child is sleeping in a comfortable atmosphere and in a comfortable position hopefully that will help in stretching the sleep hours for your child
