Very difficult to say it is not seeming right to me also which is why I’m going to advise you kindly consult your doctor they’ll be able to give you clarity after physically examining it or if they feel that you should go for a stool test or something they are going to give you better guidance you just need to proceed to follow with your doctor advised you
