Rather than a medicine, their current diet now should be all family foods, so you can give these following foods as such,
adding ghee to his meals, give panner, soya, fresh fruit milk shakes, dry fruits, nuts and seeds, also you could give eggs , dals, legumes such as chana, rajma etc
