POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes, you can start giving cow milk to your baby, but dilute it with some water. As cow milk is heavier to digest, it is recommended either to mix some water or first give foods made from it like paneer, curd, oats with nuts, custard, etc. Give it only once you start semi solid foods in the diet as then the body slowly becomes adaptable for outside milk and food.
