you must give direct breastfeeding only
no need of bottle feeds.
mam , when you have fast flow of milk ,I advise to express milk with hands or breastpump before you start feeding.
you may use breastpump like Phillips Avent brand breastpump for this.
pumping helps to increase your breastmilk supply too 
so it is best for both of these conditions.
