#asktheexperts Maam my baby is not taking feeding properly constantly crying at night time and tired and drowsy during day time it happens after taking 1st dose of vaccination since last 2 days what shall I do maam

Okay so you can give paracetamol maybe your child is crying due to fever or pain in the vaccination area and sometimes kids just cried due to stomach pain so right now paracetamol is going to take care of everything and you can repeat it after six hours if needed
