Exclusive breast feed ur baby
Feed ur baby with proper position.
Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.
Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time
If still issue persist then
Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed).
Maximum 4times per day.

Bonnisan give this maybe your child is struggling with stomach pain or gas issues and this is going to help and sometimes kids could be excessively hungry and when you feed your child become quiet these are the most common reasons so you need to find out what’s more suitable for the child and consult a paediatrician if needed
