A. Hello my dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nut, dry fruit and dairy in your daily diet. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Exercises should be done only after consultation with your doctor, good luck and take care.
