hi,baby healthy, fit active, energetic hai to aap ko fikra karne ki jarurat nahi.aap Jo v khana Ghar per banta hai bacche ko de sakti ho lekin Jayda spicy na ho.fruits ,green vegetables,ripe banana,dry fruits powder ka kuch istamal kare.egg, chicken soup de.roti ko dal mein soak ker de sakti hai.dahi, paneer,ghee etc sabse jaruri Pani , hydrate karte rahe.nahane se pahle aur baad mein massage daily kare.
