BELI SARMAHGuardian of a 4 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. hi,baby healthy, fit active, energetic hai to aap ko fikra karne ki jarurat nahi.aap Jo v khana Ghar per banta hai bacche ko de sakti ho lekin Jayda spicy na ho.fruits ,green vegetables,ripe banana,dry fruits powder ka kuch istamal kare.egg, chicken soup de.roti ko dal mein soak ker de sakti hai.dahi, paneer,ghee etc sabse jaruri Pani , hydrate karte rahe.nahane se pahle aur baad mein massage daily kare.

Give 3 meals and 2 snacks include protein, calcium, iron rich foods.
Milk, diary products are rich in calcium, protein,dals rich in protein,dry fruits and nuts powder rich in calcium, protein and vitamins, fruits and vegetables for minerals,fibre..
Including milk, diary products, dals, idly,egg, meat, poultry helps in increasing weight.
