#asktheexperts Ivan isn't gaining much weight. But he is heighted. How can i increase his weight. What kind of foods can be given to him.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if you are concerned about the height of the child for proper growth of the child you should give a proper diet with all kinds of nutrients and a balanced diet also consult your doctor to rule out any chronic infection or any kind of nutritional cause

please encourage your child for the activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light exposure
